I AM. I am a buoyantly curious and creative soul. I thrive on making more meaning through uncovering depth and creating human connection. All of my work is driven by the desire to cultivate a more joyful world, and a deep passion for awakening. My nourishment is found in the darker corners of soulful shadow work, and my growth is fueled by the transformative process of shining light upon the unconscious with mindfulness and compassion. I channel what's real and raw, and I reframe what's scary and forgotten. I witness the kind of beauty most of the world misses when they seek within the shadows. It's an unconditional kind of soul searching that I journey upon. All of the work I create is for the purpose of returning to the truth of who we are beyond the stories and experiences, Love.
Before moving to California and becoming a full-time life coach and astrologer in 2017, I was a licensed pharmacist practicing hospital pharmacy in Omaha, Nebraska. I have always been interested in self-healing and while working as a pharmacist, I was learning and applying different eastern medicine modalities such as meditation, yoga, shadow work, astrology, and Reiki. When I started to have transformational results for myself, I quickly became passionate to share these techniques with others and with a twist of fate and unexpected move to California, I officially began my career transition.
My background in western medicine has supported me in building a strong foundation of both science-based and holistic styles of healing for my coaching and astrological practice. I have completed both modern and traditional astrology courses with a focus in psychology and mundane astrology, and use a variety of Hellenistic astrology timing techniques. My coaching training includes NLP certification, multiple courses on intuition development, a coaching mastermind with Alyssa Nobriga and ongoing education and exploration for self-development and growth. I also invest in life coaching and group mastermind programs for my continued personal and professional development.
I hold a co-creative world-view, a combination of fate and free-will. I first and foremost believe we live in a friendly universe and that everything happens for a reason. I believe that we are predestined for a specific set of lessons and opportunities of soul development, and that we always have the option of how we work with what life brings to us. I love using astrology as a tool for understanding the timing, underlying themes and evolutionary opportunities in our current life experiences.
Since 2017, I work with clients remotely and online through 1-on-1 coaching, astrology consultations, and customized astrological coaching. I have co-hosted 4 conscious-living retreats across the world and collaborated on multiple online and in-person workshops with other coaches and spiritual practitioners. I continue to teach yoga in my local community and share my creative interpretation of the current astrology on Instagram, @sarah_paasch and Twitter, @SarahPaasch .

My passion is to honor and share my gifts in ways that help others reclaim their power to love themselves unconditionally and live a life of more authenticity, value and joy. I support clients on every level of Soul awakening working as a life coach and astrologer.
I work with a compassionate and intuitive approach, guiding clients towards deeper self-awareness and self-actualization. Every client session is unique-to, and in-honor-of, the specific phase of each individual Soul’s evolution and personal timeline. My approach to conscious living honors a holistic view of health and consciousness; I believe in the value of integrating the microcosm, with the macrocosm—the intimate experiences in the individual emotional, physical, spiritual, mental bodies, with the trajectory of the timeless and infinite potential of the immortal Soul.
In a very practical translation, I invite clients to innovate effective ways of infusing intention into daily routine and rituals, while also connecting them with their authentic inspiration of what continues to be possible. One-on-one coaching sessions infuse the client’s current astrological transits, natal progressions, and my professional skills as a conscious-living coach to offer magically effective tools for sustainable change and joyful evolution.

In 2019, I created a 4-part Shadow Work online course series as original content for The HighVibe TV Network, while additionally cohosting conscious-living immersion retreats and a variety of divine feminine and astrology workshops locally throughout the year.

I have an extensive background in health and healing. Before moving to Southern California in 2017, I practiced as a licensed pharmacist in Nebraska while actively pursuing and self-educating in other areas of healing and wellness. I completed my yoga teacher 200-hour YTT in 2014 with Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) Lisa Kanne at Karma Yoga Omaha , Reiki Level 2 certification in 2017 with Reiki Master and E-RYT Chanell Jaramillo, PhD. , Master Reiki certification in 2020 with Reiki Master and YTT Amber Harris.
When I moved to California, I transitioned from a full-time pharmacy practice into a more soul-satisfying career as an intuitive life coach. I completed “Mastery for Coaches” online course through professional business, life and relationship coach Alyssa Nobriga, and started my full-time practice in August 2017. In 2018, I had the opportunity with Alyssa to complete a transformational 6-month coaching mastermind to further my personal and professional development.

I have always had a passion for western astrology and metaphysical subjects; my soul thrives in symbolic language and intuitive interpretation. I have been professionally studying and practicing archetypal astrology since 2015, including the completion of three 12-week online courses through archetypal astrologer and clinical psychotherapist, Jessica Garfield-Kabbara. I have additionally completed multiple traditional astrology courses with astrologers Chris Brennan and Kelly Surtees. My additional astrology foundational studies have come through self-study in published texts and articles, as well as online courses with professional astrologers Chani Nicholas and David Palmer, The Leo King. I offer a variety of astrology readings, mentorship opportunities and astrological coaching packages for clients. I additionally remain as a reliable resource through daily updates on social media and teaching yoga in my local community.
